What's in my bucket list?

Does everyone have a bucket list? I do! I actually have a long one...

I recently found out that hopefully in October one of my bucket list items is getting crossed off the list. This past Saturday my dad told me that in October (if all goes as planned) the Shriner Circus (if you don't know what a Shriner is you should probably Google it and Shriner's Hospitals of North America) is coming to town. Now you might be wondering why I am excited about a circus.

This is not an ordinary circus. Ok, it is. It's actually been around as long as Ringling Brothers. But the thing that makes this circus special is that there are elephant rides. YES!!! Riding an elephant is on my bucket list and was elated to find out it might happen in October.

Imagine me riding one of the gentle giants... I am so giddy!

Elephants are my favorite animals and my teams mascot (Roll Tide). I am so obsessed with them and I can't wait. Check out these precious elephants!

This is so coincidental because my mom and I were just talking about the time I rode an elephant like, an hour ago! I was probably five or six at the time and they had elephant rides at the amusement park we were at. I don't remember much but I'm sure it was so much fun! You'll love it! Watch out for their feet though :)

That sounds like so much fun. I recenetly attended the Piccadilly Circus and got to ride an elephant. I still want to ride one in an awesome place like Taiwan, but it was still an amazing experience. I'm a die hard Bama fan and I'm overly obsessed with elephtants. :)
Happy weekend!

I saw your comment on Social Climbers blog about her fabulous bracelet. I know the brand (only because I have one too), it's by FORNASH, they have a great website (google and it pops up right away) they come in other colors and are like $60. How great, I came to leave you a note about that elephant bracelet and your post is about riding an elephant. Funny how things work.
I do remember an elephant ride when I was a child, but I wouldn't mind trying it as an adult. Enjoy your adventure, I call my bucket list my "first adventures."

I'll be back to read more, LoVEd It!!!

Success and Smiles,

Love it! I think everyone should have a bucket list. "You only live once", right? Riding a Giraffe has been on mine for a while, who knows if it will ever happen. Excited for you!

Haha so fun! I even know what a shriner is too! ;) Loved seeing them at parades when I was younger! I rode an elephant in middle school on a school trip to the zoo. It really is fun, glad you'll be able to cross something off your list!
